Biography:

Mahir Awrahem teaches courses in C++, Java, JavaScript, CGI Programming in PERL and C, Database Management using MySQL and Access, Data Structures, Web programming, Web Design, and INF classes.

Mahir worked in the computer industry before joining the Department of CIS in September 2000.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Mosul in 1990.
Mahir studied Theology, Bible, Philosophy and church history from Theology School in Mosul/Iraq 1990.

He received a Masters of Science Degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2000.
